Trayna is built for young people, and keeping you safe online matters to us. We're committed to protecting our users and to following the ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code (the "Children's Code").

In v1.0 there are no public messaging features, no chat, and no social or sharing features, so there is no way for other users to contact you through the app. We only collect the small amount of information needed to run your study plan, and nothing unnecessary. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking.

If you ever have a safeguarding worry, or you're concerned about something you've seen in the app, please tell a trusted adult and email us at info@trayna.co.uk. We take every concern seriously and will respond as quickly as we can. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, always contact your local emergency services first.
