We want Trayna to be easy and stress-free to use. If something isn't working, you have a question, or you just need a hand getting started, we're here to help.
The best way to reach us is by email at info@trayna.co.uk. Trayna is provided by Trayna Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17204176) (trading as "Trayna"). You can also use this address for any data-protection or privacy enquiries.
We aim to reply to most messages within 5 working days. If your message is about a privacy right (such as accessing or deleting your data), we'll respond within the timeframes the law requires.
If you're under 18, it's a good idea to ask a parent or guardian to help you contact us, especially about your account or your data.
Common Questions
Who can use Trayna? Trayna is a free revision app for A-Level and GCSE students, most of whom are aged 14 to 18. If you're under 13, a parent or guardian needs to help you set up your account and give their permission first.
Is Trayna really free? Yes. Trayna v1.0 is completely free. The app does not currently offer any payments, purchases, or subscriptions.
How does the study planner work? When you sign up, you tell us your exam subject, level, exam board, target grade, and exam date, plus how much time you'd like to study. Trayna uses this, together with how you're getting on with notes and practice questions, to build an adaptive daily study plan. As your "mastery" of each topic grows or fades, the planner adjusts what it suggests next so you spend time where it helps most.
What account details do you need? To create an account we use your email and a password (through Google Firebase Authentication), and you can optionally use Sign in with Apple. We also collect a few profile details: your first name, date of birth (to check your age), your chosen subject/level/exam board, target grade, exam date, and study-time preferences.
How do I delete my account and my data? You can delete everything yourself at any time. Open the app, go to Settings, and choose "Delete account." This erases all of your data and your login. If you'd rather we did this for you, email info@trayna.co.uk and we'll help.
Reporting a Problem or a Content Error
Spotted a bug, a question that doesn't look right, or a mistake in our notes or videos? Please tell us, it really helps us make Trayna better for everyone.
Email info@trayna.co.uk with a short description of the problem. If you can, include the subject and topic, what you expected to see, and what actually happened (a screenshot is great if you have one). We review every report and fix content errors as quickly as we can.
