Deleting your account and data

TRAYNA is provided by Trayna Ltd. You can delete your Trayna account, and all of the personal data associated with it, at any time. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.

The quickest way is inside the app: open TRAYNA, go to the You tab (Settings), choose Delete account, and confirm. This erases your account and every piece of data we hold about you: your profile, enrolments, study activity, mastery and progress records, and your sign-in account itself. You do not need to contact us first, and no re-authentication hoops are involved.

If you no longer have the app installed, or you would prefer us to do it, email us at info@trayna.co.uk from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will action it promptly and confirm when it is done, in line with UK GDPR.

What is deleted: your account details (email, name), your study profile (subjects, exam dates, targets), and all study activity and progress data. If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it; cancel the subscription in your device's app store account settings, as described in our Terms.

A parent or guardian may also request deletion on behalf of their child using the same email address above.
